Reading Help:
Many students complain that they don't like to read and aren't good readers. There is no easy answer for improving reading other than practicing it. Use the following sites to help find texts that are interesting. The more high school students read, the smarter they become. The key is to read deliberately (not just running your eyes over the page to get it done) and to ask questions about what you read (what was this passage about? How does it connect to me? How does this part of the text help the author make his or her message?)
